thank you Mark.
What begonia beauties - I don't have any of those, and I should! So hard to pick a favorite but of the summer bloomers I like zinnias, sunflowers and roses. Give your mom xoxoxo from all of your virtual blogger friends ~thriftshopcommando.blogspot.com
Thank you Tami :) Sunflowers ARE good. I think I'm a big fan of peonies and ranunculas--any flowers that are ridiculous, and overstuffed.
Pink roses...Chin up today...your mom was awesome!
thank you Steph. Pink roses are fabulous. Do you have some at your house?
You know what? I do not have any roses at my house...I am not a fan of them for our gardens...my 'rents have them everywhere. I like pink roses in a nice vase on my dining room table :)
they're a bit of a pain to grow--well, a little bit more than your average plant.
Nicely done. Very classy.Virtual hug today....Tim H
Very sweet!I am a lily kind of chick. Maybe someday I will even plant some.
I have some fantastic lilies now! I like them too. It's too bad they're a little short lived, but they are spectacular.
Beautiful pics, Karen. Your mum would have loved them. Hope you're Ok, love. xxxx
well, I can't take credit for them, Curtise, but I CHOSE the pictures, so...so...oh, whatever. Thank you.
Beautiful, Sweetie. I hope you have a wonderful day, just being able to remember her life. Hugs your way.
It was a glorious day, Leanne. The best weather ever, and time to be alone in my garden. Hugs for you too.
What beautiful flores! Thanks for visiting my humble blog amor.Next time make yoursel a spicy divorced egg mcmuffin.Besitos to you
EVERYONE should eat divorced eggs for breakfast at some point in their lives, La Dama. That's just brilliance.
Very pretty flowers. (HUGS) for you.My favourite are ranunculus. Like Begonias, but multi-petalled, and HUGE.
Sprite, ME TOO!!! I love, ridiculous, over-stuffed flowers like ranunculas, and peonies, hydrangeas.
I must say that is a very hard question to answer, favorite flower. I love roses and hydrangeas. To answer your question, every few years the snow ball bushes do get infested with bugs and we have to spray them. My father said that it can be bad enough to kill the bush, thankfully, mine have never been that bad, but I am also not afraid to use chemicals if necessary. Thanks for the compliment, and I know what you meant. Have a great Victoria Day.
They are bloody gorgeous. I love gardenia. Also old smelly roses. But mostly gardenia. Sarah xxx
Now I'll have to google gardenias, because I don't think they're common around these here parts. I could be wrong though. I often am.
Oh FABULOUS! No, I don't know if we can grow it here properly! Must investigate further...
I lurv comments. Thank you for the comments. They are scrumptious.
